We worked with Debbie 15 years ago when rebought our home in Wallingford. When it came to sell, we wanted her to conduct the sale of our home. We were impressed years ago with her sense of determination in getting things done and with the commitment she had to us and our interest. Before our house went on the market I had an offer from our Realtor in South Carolina to sell our Pa home at a considerably lower commission, but I decided to go with Debbie. I felt Confident that we could trust her skills, her knowledge, her commitment and her ability to work through problems and get things done. She leaned on us pretty hard to get the house in the best possible shape which ended up being a blessing. She had excellent resources and referrals for things we needed to do. When everything was finished this allowed us to get way over asking for our home. Debbie gives excellent advise and is a great negotiator and problem solver. Having Debbie on our side things went very smoothly. I would highly recommend her!
