She gifted us a shipment of boxes and packing materials which helped us get the process started and finished without having to spend as much as we expected on the packing supplies. Her availability to be at our home when we were out of town to take care of a few things was greatly appreciated! As the house went on the market, our approval process for the house to be shown was seamless via a phone app so we knew exactly what was happening. When multiple bids came in the first 24 hours, she immediately informed us when the buyers escalated their offer $10,000 above asking price and again when the sale was certain. She showed up for the inspections when we couldn't and though we moved 6 hours away, we were able to complete the sale process remotely. What a huge blessing! Deb took care of everything and more!
