I want to express how much we enjoy working with Deb Al on rentals, and now on a purchase.  She is sharp, a quick responder, and always keeps us updated.  Her judgment on tenants and rental prices are right on.  We had never worked with anyone on rentals in the almost thirty years we have owned.  That was due mostly to my lack of confidence.  We finally followed up on the recommendation to go to My-Dwelling and then began our work with Deb.  Deb now is familiar with the Knickerbocker and Bayview and we will always continue working with her.  Her sense of humor is a real plus, and she’s a straight talker.
