I am happy to report that we are settling into our new home and enjoying our new surroundings. Our successful sale of 17 Mill Road was due in large measure to your hard work. Uprooting after seventeen years and navigating through the issues associated with a simultaneous sale and purchase is exciting, but also stressful. We appreciated your consistent effort to communicate with us and respond to our concerns throughout the entire process to make this a positive experience. Your knowledge and experience were evident from the moment we retained your services and decided how to price our home, in marketing the property, communicating with buyers agents, assessing and responding to offers, addressing inspection issues, and finally in closing the deal. Your even demeanor and your ability to effectively communicate our position served our interests and at the same time facilitated a successful transaction.Kathy and I very much appreciate your effort and your professionalism throughout. We would not heistate to recommend your services to any homeowner. Thank you again.
