Dawn was a great asset to us in selling our home. We had previously listed with another realtor and the home was overpriced and just sat there for months. Once Dawn took over, she new exactly how to market our home, staged it, suggested some updates, and held open houses. We had many more showings and much better feedback. She arranged everything as far as inspections, repairs, painting and really went above and beyond our expectations. She is a great communicator and kept us posted on any updates and feedback in a timely manner. Any time we reached out, she would correspond right away and was always available for us. She is very knowledgeable about the Lake Norman area and knew just what to do to get the deal done. We had an excellent experience with Dawn and would highly recommend her services!
