Dawn is a pro. It was clear why she has ranked high in sales for the area. She is knowledgeable and projects competence while remaining very easy and pleasant to work with. She was readily responsive to questions and made it clear that she was there to help. I appreciated how well she read me and my situation as a first-time buyer, and she made it as easy as it could have been, even though we were on a tight schedule. I strongly recommend Dawn Pettway.
