My agent, Dawn Capitel, was an outstanding professional in every way. In order to prepare the house she found great service people and contractors from plumbing to painting to yardwork to repairs and staging. She did a wonderful job with the photos and vides. She made sure the house was always clean, well-lit and ready when a showing was scheduled. She had numerous Open Houses and with her great communication skills kept me well informed of visitors, potential buyers and bids. She often went above and beyond in helping me, such as contacting a well-known expert on stamp collecting. The result of her efforts was a timely sale that I am delighted with. I will recommend her to neighbors and acquaintances. And after months of working together, I am happy to call her my friend!
