The process of selling a home is overwhelming, from the very beginning we knew we made the right choice in securing the services of Dawn Capitel from Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty. The professionalism, guidance, and genuine care that she displayed created calm for us during the entire process. Dawn and her team communicated through every step and there was never a moment of feeling as if we had no direction. Dawn brought fresh marketing ideas and a large bucket of resources at our disposal. There will be no hesitation making the call to Dawn in the future.
