Ross Real Estate/Team Dawn Wendy… Dawn Arruda helped my wife and me with the purchase a few investment properties in the past. Her knowledge of the local market and economy were instrumental in making those timely transactions. Through this process we came to quickly trust and respect Dawn’s real estate expertise. As clients, expertise and results may have been the primary reasons to work with Dawn, but in addition to those important attributes, we found her to be one of the most caring and thoughtful persons we have known. So when it came time to sell our personal residence, a home that we built and raised our two children in, without hesitation, my wife and I called on Dawn to handle this special transaction. When we contacted Dawn she explained that she had been hired by Ross Real Estate and was excited to say that we would also be working with her teammate Wendy Johnson. All we can say is what a terrific team Dawn and Wendy make!!A real estate “dream team” is the best way to describe what these two offer in terms of helping their clients. The way that both of these professionals work together is simply amazing. Each has their own unique talents and style that complement each other, making them a highly effective team. From the initial consultation to the closing, I would give Dawn and Wendy the highest praise. They helped us to accurately price and effectively market and stage our home for sale. Their communication throughout the process and advice for us during the negation stage was incredible. There are so many moving parts to selling a home. There is no doubt that Dawn and Wendy worked diligently behind the scenes while making this whole process seem flawless and simple for us as clients. We will forever be grateful to them. If you are looking to sell or purchase real estate, you will not find a better team and better people than Dawn and Wendy. While being results driven and highly effective, they also provide real estate services with such caring hearts. Ross Real Estate is lucky to have these two talented professionals working for them and so will you. Lastly, we can’t say enough about Ross Real Estate and the terrific people that work there. It was a pleasure to meet Grace, Paige, and Tyler Ross. All of whom were generous with their time and made us feel welcome from beginning to end. Chris and Holly Culbertson
