We used David as our agent in both buying a new home and selling our old home. David was very valuable in guiding us through the various obstacles we encountered in regard to inspections and dealing with competitive bids and offers. His knowledge of the various real estate laws and regulations which impacted our decision making was extremely helpful.Best of all, David has a great sense of humor as well as a calm demeanor which made the overall process almost fun and stress-free. David is truly a professional agent. We highly recommend using his services.
