Dave did a really good job of learning what we wanted and what our limits and boundaries were as well and helped us find the very happy home that we're in now. It was not on our radar and he pulled it out of no where and it worked out splendidly. We could not be happier and his knowing us and our needs and wants were integral to navigating the situation.
