I’ve known David L. Hooper since 1965.  We attended elementary, junior high and high school together.  He is a very close sandbox friend.  Whenever houses were sold in the NOMA area where we were raised, we all would call on David and he would make it happen.  He is one of the most dependable and trustworthy people I know.  When I decided to sell my house (NOMA) in 2022, I called on him and he made it happen.
