David did a fantastic job selling our house. He helped find handyman, painter, floor sanders, etc. to help bring the house to its true value and managed all the timelines exceptionally well. He also kept a good eye on the house after we left and even going over every day to clean out the pool skimmers. He is a great realtor and if you are leaving your house before you are ready to actually put it on the market as we were, you can’t find a better guardian than David. Thank You!
