We had such a great experience working with David to buy our first acreage. He is incredibly knowledgeable about acreages and knew what to look for when it came to the condition of the house, outbuildings, and property as a whole. As first-time acreage buyers, that knowledge made us feel so confident in the entire process.David was amazing at answering any questions we had, and offered very thoughtful advice all along the way. Teresa helped keep us organized and on top of important steps and dates after our offer was accepted. They both did a fantastic job making what could have been an overwhelming process feel straightforward and exciting. We're so happy with our new home and really appreciate everything David and Teresa did to help us get here. We couldn't have worked with a better realtor, and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy an acreage!
