Dave was terrific about finding places that suited my needs, looking through the houses with me, notating the good and not so good about those places and especially the follow-up of helping me to let go of the wonderful rental I had to finding an even better one. He was attentive to detail, patient with my requests and went all the way to finish line for me, looking over contracts and making sure all was in my best interest.
