Dave has excellent knowledge of the city and surrounding area and understood what our needs were in relation to what we were looking for and where. Dave was very patient as we searched for a new home and as we frequently changed our minds about our wants/needs. Dave guided us through the process very well and did not push at all. Very encouraging and gave us space to make decisions, which was very much appreciated. Dave has excellent connections in the community and ensured we met the right people to help us make the right deal for our home, and in a timely manner.
