David is wonderful. He took a daunting process and made it understandable and enjoyable. David listened when I told him what I was looking for and every house he chose to show us was on the mark. Anything I asked to be shown he got us in to look at right away. His knowledge regarding the local and surrounding area is endless and there is no question he does not know the answer to or he will find out. While David handled all of the details for closing, he made sure the whole process remained exciting for us.
