David did an absolute first class job throughout the process in closing our transaction... David was great at texting me back at 6AM in the morning with all my questions which was helpful in keeping everything moving... He is honest, hard working, knowledgeable of the market and kept me honest if I was off base on an issue... I really do not think you could go wrong working with David in all aspects of any real estate transaction!!! If you can not tell we will use him when we are ready to list our property...
