We have worked with Dave on both sides of negotiation, as sellers and buyers, that is a testament to the confidence we have in him. Dave continually goes above and beyond, he works tirelessly to ensure his client gets the very best at the end of the transaction. In our case, we purchased property that wasn't even on the market due to Dave's ability to communicate effectively on our behalf. We're grateful for his tenacity and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a true real estate professional.
