Dave is a fantastic guy! Family man and friend! I needed “hand holding” going into buying process and he fit that bill to a tee. He did all that was best for me, before I even asked. Dave knows his stuff and handled everything above and beyond! He negotiates for his clients. He knows the market and the ins and outs of real estate. I highly recommend Dave when looking to buy or sell. He has amazing knowledge. He truly takes care of his clients.
