Dave’s knowledge, expertise, and patience are unmatched. 10/10 would recommend him for anyone who is in need of a realtor. He made what what would have been a stressful house hunt in a competitive market, into a fun experience. I was also able to learn so much about homes from him that I will be better prepared in the future when we have to sell and buy again.
