Dave was excellent. Very conscientious. The purchase of this condominium was quite different, with my daughter doing most of the work for me since I was in the hospital. Dave was very good at communicating and took his time to make sure I was on the same page as he and my daughter. The only complaint I have was the original Text and email requesting that I do a survey arrived at 3:15 AM, awakening me from sleep.
