Seamless and professional. Cut out all the noise associated with selling/buying a house. Only brought forward the pertinent information and handled all the back end work on his own without troubling us with meaningless offers or counters. Very pleased and will never recommend or utilize the service of any other realtor for our needs. Outstanding job Dave. Thank you and Merry Christmas.
