Dear Dave & Gwen, Thank you so much for making the sale of my home such a pleasant experience. Your professionalism and commitment to getting my home sold as quickly as possible, and for the best price made the whole expedience a success. Your network of agents, Gwen, Inspectors, appraisers, contractors and the like, streamlined the process so painlessly. Dave is an amazing agent! His knowledge of the market, current and past properties, and the neighborhoods is absolutely incredible. Being a first time seller, he has the patience of a saint, Marc and I were forever grateful for the time Dave and Gwen took in walking us through the process and keeping us on track. Dave and Gwen helped us navigate the whole selling process and presented invaluable options and recommendations that allowed us to make timely and informed decisions. Dave's knowledge and in depth analysis of the local San Carlos market was critical to us maximizing our return. Dave and Gwen are hands-on and will roll up their sleeves to make sure things get done. They are a pleasure to work with and we look forward to working with them again on our next purchase or sale. When it come time for the negotiation and contracts, we were especially impressed by how well Dave and Gwen navigated the loads of paperwork for us, while always keeping us informed. Dave and Gwen are the ones you want to take care if those fine details for you, so you don't have to during such a big transition! Thanks Dave and Gwen! You guys are truly the BEST!! Sincerely, Geeta and Mac
