D'Ann Woodward is the absolute best, and it's not even close!! We've worked with her on two home purchases and one property sale, and she is unmatched in her attention to detail, commitment to her clients, and tenacity in this crazy real estate market. When working with D'Ann to sell our last property, the agent on the buyer's side was extremely incompetent and didn't know how the process worked. Despite this and many other setbacks, D'Ann went above and beyond to hold all parties accountable, keep things moving, and ensure that we got past every obstacle to the finish line. She was the only one in the whole transaction who knew exactly what was going on, and it showed. D'Ann was also incredible throughout the house-hunting process, negotiating with sellers to get us first-look showings, making sure our offers were as competitive as possible, and going out of her way to drive all around the metro to as many showings as we wanted to book. She was single-handedly responsible for our offer being accepted over four others for our most recent purchase, and that "X-Factor" is what has turned us into customers for life. If you want the best in Kansas City, look no further than D'Ann! There are a lot of pretenders in today's real estate climate; D'Ann Woodward is the real deal.
