Danitza did an excellent job in marketing, negotiating, and selling our house. She was hands-on when needed, which was often, and tied together all loose ends to ultimately close on schedule. She was excited to take on the sale. It is readily apparent that she is genuinely concerned for both sellers and buyers. I would recommend her to others.
