I’ve known Danielle for years, but seeing her step in as my real estate agent showed me a whole new level of how incredible she is at what she does. I was going through a divorce and selling our family home, which was emotionally difficult not only for me but for my kids. My top priority was finding a new home in the same neighborhood so my children could stay in the same school system and close to their friends. Danielle understood that immediately and truly listened to my needs and wants. We talked through my budget and the reality that prices in my neighborhood had skyrocketed. I was very clear that I did not want to get into bidding wars—I just couldn’t handle that stress financially or emotionally. After we lost out on a home in a bidding war, she asked me, “Is there any house you saw before that you really loved?” Right away I knew which one: a house I had fallen in love with months earlier that had gone way over asking and then been pulled off the market. Danielle jumped into action immediately. “Give me the address and I’ll call them,” she said. This was on a Friday. By Monday, I was walking through that same house again, and by Wednesday, we had an offer in. It was at the top of my budget, but we all loved the home from the moment we first saw it. Danielle still managed to negotiate the price down a bit, making it work for us. The house is exactly what I hoped for: same neighborhood, friends just around the corner, walking distance to school, and in great condition—it just needed some love. Danielle made it happen. On top of that, she connected me with a fantastic mortgage broker when the one I had been working with suddenly started quoting me rates that were way too high. She handled everything from beginning to end. Danielle truly is the full package. She takes care of your wants, your needs, and even the things you don’t know you’re wishing for yet. She delivers top-notch service every step of the way, and I am beyond grateful for everything she did for me and my family.
