I'm Dan Mardis, a full-time REALTOR® based in Moultonborough, New Hampshire. I specialize in Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront, luxury and vacation properties, with particular expertise in Moultonborough and Meredith. Together with Jim Mardis and Forrest Letarte, I represent clients through Lakes Region Realty Group, a specialized team within Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty. Our team has been recognized among the Top 1% of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network worldwide and ranked the #2 small team in New Hampshire within the network. My family's real estate roots in Moultonborough date to 1980. My father, Jim, led one of Lake Winnipesaukee's leading brokerages for over 30 years before selling it to Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty in 2014. He continues to share his experience and guidance to our clients in an advisory role. Before returning to the family business, I was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), advising major financial institutions. That consulting background informs my analytical approach to waterfront valuation, pricing strategy, negotiation and complex transactions. I bring intimate knowledge of Lake Winnipesaukee's shorelines and individual waterfront markets. Exposure, views, shoreline conditions and property improvements can create dramatic differences in value, even between seemingly comparable properties. For sellers, I pair thoughtful pricing with sophisticated, individualized marketing. Our custom-produced, professionally narrated property films tell each home's story, showcase the waterfront setting and lifestyle, and help distinguish it in the marketplace. As co-owner of At The Lake Vacation Rentals in Moultonborough, I also understand the area's second-home and vacation investment markets. These insights benefit buyers evaluating rental potential and sellers seeking to reach waterfront buyers. I'm proud of our longstanding client relationships and the exceptional five-star Google reviews earned by Lakes Region Realty Group in Moultonborough. Clients consistently recognize our market knowledge, candid advice, responsiveness and dedication to their interests. Whether you're buying or selling on Lake Winnipesaukee or one of the Lakes Region's smaller lakes, my goal is to deliver informed advice, skilled representation and outstanding personal service.
