I am so thankful my neighbor recommended Dan Baty as a realtor when I was ready to sell my house. Dan was familiar with the Cedar Rapids market, shared good advice and encouragement and was always patient and kind. I felt very comfortable working with him. He updated me often during the selling and closing of the house. I would highly recommend him to any prospective seller in the Cedar Rapids area. Thank you, Dan! Norma Swift
