It's been a great experience working with Dalileh and Dennis on closing a rental property and in finding the tenants in SoCal. Dalileh is very patient, responsive, very detail oriented, meticulous in explaining the process, and the ensuing communication and the follow ups. She looked out for our needs and interests without any compromises. I would highly recommend Dennis and Dalileh for anyone investing in the Irvine and surrounding areas.
