We bought our house in Leighton from 900 miles away. Cynthia went to the inspection for us, stayed on the builder to get repairs done, and kept two closings in two states a day apart from falling apart. Fast, responsive, and never made us feel like a question was too small. If you're buying in the Shoals area especially from out of state go with Cynthia.
