Working remotely with her (I live out of state) she was able to help me survey the house my recently deceased father left to me, to determine what needed to be addressed to get it ready to list for sale. She then helped to coordinate work teams to update or fix whatever items needed to be addressed. She communicated well and was easy to reach regarding estimates, invoices, payments etc. She used a good photographer and created an excellent web listing for the property and brought in interested buyers, and we sold the property in a very short time! Would highly recommend without reservations!
