Cynthia Hogarth is truly someone special. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She went above and beyond every step of the way to help us find and purchase the perfect home. She consistently did far more than we ever expected, making what could have been a stressful process feel organized, manageable, and even exciting. My husband was in Arizona, and I was in Alaska for work when we found the house we wanted. Cynthia seamlessly worked with both of us across different states, often late into the evening, keeping us informed, answering questions, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Her communication was exceptional from beginning to end. One example that really illustrates her dedication: there was a house we absolutely loved, but it was already under contract. Rather than simply moving on, Cynthia kept a close eye on it for several weeks in case anything changed. Thankfully for us, the deal fell through. Because she had been monitoring it so closely, she knew immediately when it came back on the market, and we were able to act quickly and secure our dream home. Without her persistence, we very likely would have missed that opportunity. She was instrumental in helping us craft a strong, competitive offer, and she managed every detail of the transaction with incredible diligence, professionalism, and care. We always felt like we were her top priority. We can tell she truly loves what she does and enjoys taking the best care of her clients. Our previous home-buying experience years ago had been incredibly frustrating due to poor communication and incompetence, so I entered this process with some hesitation. Cynthia completely changed that perspective. She exceeded every expectation we had through her expertise, responsiveness, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to her clients. We first met Cynthia because trusted friends enthusiastically recommended her after purchasing their own home through her. Now we completely understand why. We feel incredibly fortunate that we had the opportunity to work with her. Cynthia is thoughtful, thorough, proactive, and an outstanding communicator. She doesn’t just help you buy a house—she genuinely cares about helping you find the right home and guiding you successfully through every step of the process. We truly could not have asked for a better experience. She has our absolute highest recommendation, and then some. If you’re looking for a realtor who will advocate for you, communicate exceptionally well, and go above and beyond in every possible way, Cynthia Hogarth is the one you want.
