Cynthia was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Actually, I was preparing to just get some ideas and prepare for downsizing in the next year or so. Little did I know I would find my ideal home. Cynthia took me through every step, and explained all of the details along this journey. I truly appreciate her integrity, honesty, guidance, and professionalism. She was a mediator with the lender, the buyers agent, and the selling agent. Kudos to Cynthia Duncan for a job well done!
