Cindee Perry, my agent, went above and beyond helping me through what ended up being a very difficult process due to the local borough ordinances and inspections and the unique situation with my property. She was very supportive and encouraged me not to give up, that sooner or later we would make it to a closing date. It took 5 months, but we did it. The buyer, who's offer we accepted the week the property went on the multi-list, hung in there as well, which I am grateful for. Without Cindee's guidance, patience, and kindness, I don't think I could have made it through.
