I can't speak more highly of Courtney.  When we first threw the idea out there that we were out growing our house. She would show us listings for fun. More and more we realized that this would totally be doable. We are a very conservative couple and take a lot of coursing to make such a big step. Well Courtney made it feel like it was supposed to happen. She even helped us stage our house which I believe brought in the full asking price+. Not to mention she and her family helped us on painting the interior. Not many agents would ever do this. When it was time to negotiate she totally listened to what we wanted and could afford and closed the deal with precision. She showed us that she has unlimited resources by getting our new investment a brand new roof completed before closing. All in all I would recommend Courtney to all of my family and friends and look forward to any other business endeavors.
