Courtney is cool, calm and collected in any mishaps, lapses, misunderstandings or omissions. She never seems flustered. I have appreciated her input and advice at each step along this process. I am not a very savvy buyer or seller. I am always surprised at the next step. Courtney is assuring in any situation. My favorite expression of hers: "it has a lot of moving parts".
