We weren’t even looking to buy or sell when we stumbled upon a home in Edmonds, WA that checked every single box on our wish list—but thanks to this incredible real estate team, we were able to both buy it and sell our existing home in literally a two-week time frame. From day one, they were patient, thoughtful, and walked us through every single step of the process so we never felt overwhelmed. Nicole helped us successfully secure our new home, making a big, unexpected decision feel exciting instead of scary. Summer brought amazing vision and handled so many details behind the scenes—coordinating landscapers, carpet installation, and window washing so our home looked its absolute best. Cori guided us through the sale of our beloved home with empathy and expertise, honoring the emotional weight of leaving while keeping us grounded and confident. Their hard work paid off in a huge way: we received 11 offers, all at or above asking price. Throughout it all, we felt cared for, supported, and genuinely hopeful about our next chapter. Beyond being talented professionals, they are simply wonderful humans—we truly enjoyed spending time with them and honestly consider them people we’d love to take out to dinner and be friends with. We are so grateful for their expertise, support, and heart, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home—especially on a tight timeline.
