As first time home buyers my sister and I didn’t really know what to expect or how the process really worked, we were kind of going into it only knowing where we wanted the house to be and that we wanted a yard for our dog. From the beginning Cody took time to explain everything to us, from how the process of looking for a house would go to how putting an offer in worked. Cody was very knowledgeable about how to make our offer on the house we wanted as strong as possible and even though we were not the highest bid, he made it so strong the buyers accepted our bid. Cody walked my sister and I through every set back and provided us education on them. I can honestly say Cody made the home buying experience extremely smooth from his side of things, I would definitely go back to Cody if my sister and I wanted to sell our home in the future.
