Clayton went above and beyond a realtors duties. Previously as a Sr Mtg Banker and in dealings with many different realtors he was above the norm in his diligence to all areas of the home I was looking for. Due to the changes in the market Clayton was very helpful in negogiating a reasonable sale price for my home as well as my purchase.
