CJ was excellent. Very thoughtful, thorough and timely. This is our third purchase with CJ as our agent, which affirms his ability to focus on the transaction details effortlessly for us. He always goes the extra mile. In this case referring an insurance broker and ensuring a seamless transition for the established property management agreement through Litchfield Beach and Golf. We enjoy CJ, he has become a trusted family friend. We look forward to purchase #4 in a couple years. Jean and Harry B.
