Mrs. Shipley was an excellent guide during the home buying and selling process. She always made herself available when time was of the essence in this crazy market. She knew where the houses sold for more and why every time we looked at a house. She always brought comps to the showing to compare. I was so happy with her, she will be selling my parents house in the Spring!
