My husband Terry and I have called Baldwin County our home since 2004 and we too have found "paradise". It will be my honor and pleasure to serve your real estate needs in Baldwin County. I specialize in waterfront properties, beach condo sales as well as new and existing home sales . I am available 7 days a week to assist you with the sale and/or purchase of your home. BUYERS I take great pride in listening to your wants and needs and fulfilling your dream of owning a home. I will walk you through the entire home buying process from the moment we meet until we get to the closing table. I also assist buyers with purchasing investment properties, such as beach houses, condos and other rental properties. SELLERS Selling your home can be a stressful time. No need to stress....allow me to put my 35+ years of experience to work for you. Call me for a detailed plan on how I plan to sell your home. I look forward to hearing from you. - Cindy K
