My wife and I were looking for a vacation home in the Breckenridge area and we were connected to Chris when we clicked on a link for a house he was the agent on. We were on a limited time table to look at properties while we were in CO and Chris was great at getting showing set up in a hurry. We looked at a range of properties and each one had their own issues that his expertise in the area was helpful in navigating. Once we made a decision to make an offer he moved quickly to close on the property, but making sure our interests were covered. Once the offer was accepted, Chris was great at helping us set up inspections, and coordinating with our lender. I would recommend Chris to anyone who wants a down to earth agent that's great to work with.
