An amazing realtor and an absolute pleasure to work with! I’ve worked with Chris for 6 years now. 4 rentals and recently my first home purchase. I’m so glad I was able work with him and not some other realtors I’ve heard stories about. Chris is patient and keeps his clients needs in mind over anything else. On multiple occassions, Chris slowed down to make sure I understood and was comfortable with what was happening during the home buying process. A few times he advised against making offers on homes or applying to rentals because he knew it wasn’t in my best interest. Chris is not trying to make a quick buck. He is passionate about working for his clients and ensuring they are happy when the deal is done. I wouldn’t recommend any other realtor in the city. Chris comes with a team at his side of trusted and competent attorneys and lenders that made the buying process considerably easy and smoother than the stories I’ve heard from friends. 10/10 experience working with Chris. I feel very fortunate to have had him by my side all these years.
