As a long-time native of Northeast Florida, Christian has been able to experience the growth of the area into a thriving coastline city. Originally born in San Diego, Christian did not stay long on the West Coast due to his father being in the Navy. His family quickly relocated to Orlando, then to Jacksonville in 1999 where his father would retire as Master Chief at Naval Station Mayport in 2001. Christian is an alma mater of Paxon School for Advanced Studies, a magnet high school ranked among the Top High Schools in the Nation. While there, he earned Summa Cum Laude honors while serving as the Editor-in-Chief of the Yearbook, President of the International Student Association, Treasurer of Student Government Association, and was voted Most School Spirit. He then continued to the University of North Florida, earning a Bachelors of Arts in Business Management with a minor in French Studies and earned his Six Sigma Yellow Belt. While in school, Christianâ??s work ethic drove him to work during his free time. He has worked for retailers such as Fossil and Michael Kors, where he would relate the needs of his clientele with the newest trends. He also found himself working in the healthcare industry, working for a local home health agency managing patients, human resources, and payroll while remaining compliant with Medicare, HIPPA, AHCA, and ACHC regulations. He has also served for We Filipinos Inc., a local non-profit promoting the history and culture of the Filipino Community here in Northeast Florida and abroad. Christian is now a member of The Luxury Leaders Team. He continues to sell while managing all team marketing. He is an active member of Womenâ??s Council of Realtors Jacksonville and the Northeast Florida Builderâ??s Association. He and his partner, Keith, are residents of Mandarin with Buddy, their Jack Russell. He enjoys working out and attending group fitness classes such as yoga and high-intensity interval training, and is also a Zumba Instructor at UNF. His deep knowledge and understanding of the area makes him a great resource for those who want to find their next home in Northeast Florida. Christian has watched the rapid development of the area and can advise you with planning you and your familyâ??s life for the future. He admires the slow-pace and family-oriented lifestyle while being able to enjoy the comforts and entertainment the area has to offer.
