The first thing you should know about me is that: I never give up. DETERMINATION IS MY MOTTO! No property is too small or estate too big for me to give it my full attention and commitment, having learned this in my 19 years of experience in real estate. I specialize in listing, marketing, selling and closing the residential real estate transaction-every aspect of the real estate transaction. Real Estate is the perfect profession for me, it allows me to help, it gives me freedom and I get to meet wonderful people who later become friends. My job gives me a sense of accomplishment. It’s challenging and gives me the opportunity to learn, which is something I love. Dealing with different kinds of people is fascinating. Being able to share their homes and properties. Being there in that important moment of the “transition”, when someone buys the home of their dreams or when someone sells their home, the house they love, to have a new beginning. Those are very meaningful landmarks in the life of a person. These are significant periods in the life of an individual and I am able to be there to assist and guide. I develop relationships with my clients, friendships are formed. It is hard work but I just think it’s wonderful and rewarding. A Little About Me: I grew up in Mesquite, Texas and moved to Forney, Texas in 2000. I have been a resident of Kaufman County for 19 years. I’m a proud mother of 2 children, that both graduated from Forney High School. They have given me 4 amazing grandchildren. They are my reason, they are my force. My areas of expertise are Kaufman County, Rockwall County, Dallas County, Denton County, Tarrant County, Rains County and Hunt County. With 19 years of experience, I have learned that in order to help my clients in real estate transactions, they need a problem solver- this is a must. I have the technology and resources to generate demand for your property, provide buyers with the detailed information they desire and have the ability to respond instantly to online inquiries. With our Internet presence, I’m determined to generate broad online exposure for home sellers at leading real estate internet sites and portals, selling homes quickly and for the best possible price. To satisfy online home buyers, my listings have multiple photos and detailed property descriptions- two of the most sought-after features by online home shoppers. I provide superior customer service to home buyers and respond quickly to all their inquiries. WITH DETERMINATION AND PERSEVERANCE ALL IS POSSIBLE.
