I purchased a foreclosure from the VA. Throughout the process, they were difficult, had non-negotiable deadlines (usually hours, not days), and would not accept electronic signatures. Chris put forth a massive effort to meet all their demands...and did it with a smile! He always had my interest at the center of the purchase and his ability to stay calm made the entire process much easier. Would definitely call Chris if moving and I would never hesitate to recommend!
