Chris Mendels and Greenridge Realty did a wonderful job again. In the past 6 months, have sold 3 properties with Chris. I got a fair price for each property. All of the administrative work (inspections, paperwork and payment) went without any issues. If I had any future real estate dealings in the Tri City area I would work with Chris Mendels and Greenridge Realty. Sincerely, Craig Bethke
