Chris Fumia was an absolute professional and personable the whole way through! He was referred to me by friends who worked with him to purchase a home. During our initial sit-down, he listened to my goals and gave great suggestions on neighborhoods and types of houses that would be a good fit. When it came down to a challenging negotiation process he didn't skip a beat. I'm so glad I trusted him!
